Order Information

For your privacy and safety, all the personal information you provided on the site will be securely protected. This information is used only for filling your order and offering service. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

Should I have to be membership before placing an order?

  • We use the information we collected from you when you registered.
  • In order to keep the record what the products you purchased and quickly process your transactions. You could enjoy more online service only if you log in.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your LCH purchases using:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Credit Card (installment payment adapted over NTD5,000)

    LCH does not hold any credit card details. All credit card transactions are directly being processed by bank.

  • Pay-at-pickup service at convenience store

    With maximum amount NTD6,000 limitation, you are suggested to separate your orders if the amount is more than NTD6,000. (※At present, we cooperate with FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK mart)

When can I expect to receive my order?

  • Orders are shipped by delivery service directly to your designate address. You are expected to receive your order within two to three working days (except national holidays) after placing order.
  • It takes 2-3 days more to deliver to remote districts.

Delivery Notice

  • You are expected to receive your order within two to three working days after placing order. Your order may be delayed if the item is out of stock. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate.
  • If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you with an estimate of the revised delivery date.
  • All products imported from Japan, we manage to keep the sufficient stock.
  • If you have not received your order after 7 days (except national holidays), please contact us.
  • Invoice will be enclosed with the goods sent to receiver.
  • If you received your order with the seal is broken, please contact with customer service.

Return Policy

  • If you have changed your mind after the product has been shipped to you and wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days of receipt items, provided the product is un-opened and the packaging remains in the original state. The cost of shipping the product back to us will be absorbed by us.
  • No refunds on used or opened merchandise.
  • In the event the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly ordered goods (if the return is a result of our error), the new one will be immediately replaced on our shipping expense. We will also pay for return shipping costs.
  • Return Authorization must be received prior to any return shipping. Please contact us by phone: 0800-215-599 (Monday Through Friday 9AM TO 6PM Except Holidays) with your original order number, item you would like to return and the reason for the return.
  • Once the product is returned, we will inspect it and then refund you within 7-10 working days (Except weekend and National Holidays). Combo, Bundle, and Kit Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount.
  • If an individual Combo, Bundle or Kit item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your combo/bundle/kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/bundle/kit in order to receive a refund.
  • We cannot accept any returns after 7 days of receipt items.

You can also place your order over the phone, or by purchase order fax to save your valuable time. You are suggested to register as our LCH member for more benefit that only membership possesses.
